וְהָיָ֣ה לָכֶם֮ לְצִיצִת֒ וּרְאִיתֶ֣ם אֹת֗וֹ וּזְכַרְתֶּם֙ אֶת־כָּל־מִצְוֺ֣ת יְהוָ֔ה וַעֲשִׂיתֶ֖ם אֹתָ֑ם וְלֹֽא־תָתֻ֜רוּ אַחֲרֵ֤י לְבַבְכֶם֙ וְאַחֲרֵ֣י עֵֽינֵיכֶ֔ם אֲשֶׁר־אַתֶּ֥ם זֹנִ֖ים אַחֲרֵיהֶֽם׃
At ito ay magiging palawit para sa inyo, at makikita ninyo ito, at maaalala ninyo ang lahat ng mga utos ng Walang-Hanggan, at gagawin ninyo ang mga ito; at hindi kayo susunod sa hinahanap ng inyong puso at ng inyong mga mata, na sinusundan ninyo nang may pagtataksil.
Targum Jonathan
And this shall be to you a precept for fringes, that you may look upon them at the time when you dress yourselves daily, and remember all My commandments to do them, and not go aside to wander after the imaginations of your heart and the sight of your eyes, after which you have gone astray.

So it shall be a tassel for you to look at and remember all the commandments of God, and do them; and not follow after your own heart and your own eyes, which lead you astray
